Bottom Round ala Pork Butt Mike

This was absolutely fantastic. Followed Pork Butt Mike's tips other than I cooked mine to 132*. Wish I had pulled it at 125*....that being said, this was one of the best cooks (unexpected) I have ever had. This is what it looked like. Coated a Bottom Round with JH Old Stockyard and began the sear:

350 ish for an hour and 15 minutes or so....
