Won 5# of Louisiana Alligator Sirloin (frozen) as a door prize last night. How about some recipes as to how to cook it on the BGE?

Whatever you do, I am betting on hot and fast with that meat. Careful not to overcook. A cajun-rub, or a citrusssy rub would prolly be good. [p]Only had it once, fried, and it was awesome. Been craving it ever since, but it will be a few more years of global warming before dem swamp lizards move up into the virginny area. I would love to have some to play with on a hot grill.[p]Fajotas tonight. Getting ready to throw my first ever "skirt steak" on the hot egg after I finish charring some onions and peppers![p]Beers!
