Cooked a 5 lb butt last night. Temps were holding steady at 250 for an hour without touching the vents when I went to bed. But three hours later, when our daughter woke up to feed, the temp was up to 300. I adjusted the vents to get it back down, but the butt was at 195 only two hours later. Total cook time was only about 6 hours. I pulled the butt off this morning and put it in the fridge.

Should I pull it before I reheat?
