Cooked up some chicken tonight using Dizzy Pigs Raging River. I used pecan wood for the smoke and cooked them direct at 350 on a home made raised grid. Check out the pic. Yes that is Craftsman sockets I got the grid set on. Gotta work with what ya got handy. My father-in-law said it was the best bird he ever had. I pulled it at 165 in the breast and it was the juiceist ones I believe I have ever ate. Thats some good rub Pig
