I forget what they cost, but you can order them from your BGE dealer or from BGE. I thought I paid around $30?? What you use it for is right side up, you can use it to raise a pizza stone to the level of an the opening of the egg. This allows you to slide pizzas on and off the stone with a peel. If you place it in the egg upside down (legs pointing up) you can use it as a ceramic barrier for indirect cooking. You can place a drip pan on the upside down plate setter and then a grid on the legs above the drip pan.[p]TNW
