Karubi Style pork Ribs

My HEB is now handling them. Anyone know anything about them? They are cut and trimmed to three ribs per section....very thick and meaty. Looks like all membrane is removed. Very pretty and massive. $2.99 per pound.

Never heard ofthem Mike - and didn't see them at my HEB yesterday...but I was looking for Boston Butts, so I may have missed them. $2.99 sounds very good if they are tasty. Did you grab some?
