Satisfied and FULL inlaws

The in-laws were in absolute awe. The turkey breast was just fantastic. THank you everyone for the suggestions, especially RumRunner.[p]I had the parsley flakes sprinkled on the breast and the finished product was very pleasing to the eye. THe bird was served topped with sliced oranges, lemons and limes, laying on a bed of romaine lettuce and canteloupe and grapes. It looked like something out of a Martha Stewart photo.[p]When the father in law sunk a fork into the bird to carve it, juice squirted by sister in law. We all got a great laugh![p]I wish I had a digital camera to share the presentation. I also wish you were all here for the taste. MMMMmmmm good. Again, thanx all[p]Banker John
