MY next cook may be the last,

there may not be anything left! About two weeks ago I cooked a couple hamburgers on my first time out. The firebox split all the way from top to bottom. The second time I fired up I cooked a steak. The fire box split in another place from top to bottom. The next time on steak night I propped up the firebox so the ring would sit on it. The ring cracked all the way through on one side. By the weekend I may be cooking on a pizza shelf with a grate on top.[p]Food tastes great,

Wow! I've had mine for about five years and not a scratch. In fact, I just cleaned it down to the bone with crumpled up foil and my shop vac. I looked very closely for cracks. Not a one. I must be living right or I got a really good large when I got mine. Don't jump ship yet.
