Don't recall who posted they used one of these, but bought one this week..it's the bomb for making Za's!!
That's homemade dough, homemade sauce, grated whole milk mozza (AZRP ), Italian sausage, pepperoni, black olives, and topped with grated parmi reggi when it came off...nice!

I was thinking it was you Randy but I couldnt remember for sure, I knew I had heard you recommend not to skip the whole milk mozza and you were right about that too! Made a TON of diff in the pie..thanks!

Yah...I'm a former bigtime bread lover, so I have for years avoided the urge to start baking bread on the egg...afraid I'll get hooked again! :blink: .. the sauce is the wiffie's..she won't even let me watch her make it..her grandfather came over from Italy years before she was born and the sauce recipe was passed down from her grandmother and she wont even share it with me!! :blink:

I hear ya, bread can be addicting.
With the pans, they are handy. Looks like yours is non-stick? I grease the pan before the pizza dough goes on and when the pizza is done it slides right off but I could see using non-stick would make clean up a breeze. -
yeah, they're like 11 bux or something at Target, so i got the non stick..was good i did since I pressed the dough on the pan and it woulda been hard to remove otherwise cause I pressed the dough down into all the small air bake holes! :blink:

My wife has two airbakes but would shoot me if I put them in the Egg!! Looks like it did a great job though....Humm I wounder if she would notice??!! :evil:
