What should I cook....

A buddy is slow cooking ribs tonight for a party tomorrow, and some of us are gonna head over there and "hang out" with him and enjoy the smells. Makes sense to cook, drink, and eat while we are there, so I might as well bring the small along. I was thinking I might just spatchcock some yard bird to pick at. Looking to be inspired though. Poppers and wings and fatties are always a good choice, but not wanting to do any of those tonight.

dont know if its nation wide, but i picked up a butterflied leg of lamb this past weekend and it was only 4 something a pound, trexed it while icefishing and it was devoured as fast as i could slice it. i should go back and see if the deal is still there and pack some away, it was all vacuum packed, some with a marinade some not. sfeehas made with ground lamb make a good appetizer or even a main course, serve with a chutney, easy to make with pizza dough

Have you tried Moink Balls yet?
Just grab some frozen meat balls and wrap with bacon.
Sprinkle with rub.
