As already announced, Frank in Houma will be stopping by the Chicken Ranch today about noon. He's offered to spend a few minutes teaching me his method of cooking Blackened Redfish.
Now's your chance to see first hand how his Blackened Redfish became one of the most popular dishes at Eggtoberfest 2008.
The Girls are Eggcited and will be warmed up for his visit.
He said he has to leave by 2:00 so the window of opportunity is small.
