Today's Lunch

We're having a little once-a-month get together for lunch today, and of course, I volunteered to entertain hehe :whistle:

I'm cooking a surf'n turf with some "cabreria steaks" (the bone-in tenderloin of the porterhouse)

and some shrimp using Randy's spicy-garlic-buttered-recipe

of course everything will be acompanied by grilled/flambeed cheese with chorizo, chitpole-chorizo-pork-refried beans, freshly made flour tortillas, some dessert which I haven't figured out yet and of course, beer, tequila and single malt scotch...
