chimichurri sauce n flat iron steak~Thnks Bluecrab

I saw the chimichurri steak post by bluecrab3 and had to give it a try. We have a local Gaucho's restaurant that serves it and I had always wanted to know how to make it. So Thanks for posting it Bluecrab! My first batch was on a flat iron.







Tonight I will be trying it with pork steak. Gotta get off to work hope everyone has a good day.

Hey JL by the time it was ready I was so hungry I just eat it like it was. But it would have made a great samiche! That wind just cuts right through ya, been out in it all morning.
