What can I do with brisket fat?

2 parts to this ?

1. what can I do with uncooked brisket fat, basically the trimmings from the point (non fatcap) end? Stews? Beans? Chili? anything?

2. What can I do with COOKED brisket fat. I just cut up the packer, wrapped the flat, point back on the egg, and I served the midsection to my buddies playing a game at my house. I had a decent amount of fat on it and I trimmed it up, mostly fat, not much meat on there. What can I do with it? I am making burnt ends for some chili this week, would the fat come in handy?

thanks
