Despite the gasket problems, this thing is wonderful....



Kind of like a charcoal-fired toaster oven. Just turn it on, set it and forget it. Starts fast, holds temps, easy peasy :cheer:

Mine came with a spare gasket and a note saying it was from a lot number that had history of them being a problem. I'll stick it on after the weather warms up. It still works fine for now.

If you do a lot of cooking for 1 or 2, when you can swing the money, go for it. I love my Medium, but for quick and easy weekday cooking, the Mini rocks.
