Fajita nachos tonight

This was a first for me. I love me some steak fajita nachos. Real easy and real good, will do this again.

Fired up the small and got the DO ready and hot.



Put in the marinated onion, bell pepper, and steak.



Plated and topped with jalapeno cheese dip.




Wife made fresh guacamole.

That really looks good.

Some time use the same mix and get some flour tortilla's and put that fantastic looking fajita mix in those egg heated tortilla's. Makes for some fantastic food, of course I would have loved to snuggle up to those nachos above.

Thanks we just started making it recently.

GG we thought about that and actually have some flour tortillas, but this was my sons favorite. We will be using those for some breakfast burritos, with sausage egg and cheese.
