Here is a great and very easy recipe for Beef Tenderloin; I tried it and it was delicious. I found this recipe in the Canyon Ranch Cooks cookbook.[p]1 tbs. packed brown sugar
tbs. fresh lime juice
clove fresh garlic, minced
tsp. olive oil
tbs. chili powder
beef tenderloins(4 oz. each)[p]Combine brown sugar, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, and chili powder in a small bowl. Mix into a paste. Spread 1 tsp. paste on each side of the tenderloin fillets. Grill to your desired doneness.[p]This had a wonderful Southwest flavor; very subtle chili flavor and not too spicey-hot.
