Leftover Pulled Pork Enchiladas

We got tired of pork sandwiches, so I decided to make enchiladas.

Used Old El Paso enchilada sauce, heated up the pork in the sauce, added 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, added chili powder to kick it up.

Rolled the meat up in flour tortillas added a little 4 cheese mexican blend, then rolled them up. Topped with more sauce and cheese.

Baked for 20 minutes on 350 degrees and topped with fresh cilantro.
