Swamp Dust Pork Chops!

<p />Just applied Swamp Dust and extra virgin olive oil, will let set for 1 hour before egging. Just used Swamp Dust on 1 and Dizzy Dust on the others.
Cooking a little early tonight so we can enjoy hot wings during the games.

Car Wash Mike,[p]Good luck with the "dust". I am doing some tuna steaks tonight and I will try the Red Eye or the Swamp Dust on mine. Our diner guests are much too weenie to try the hot ones, so I will use Tsunami Spin on theirs, let me know how the "dust" works for ya.[p]Tim

Here are my thoughts. Cut into the pork chop. Had a nice little sweet flavor, then as I began to lick my lips because of the nice taste. A little hot sensation came over my body, this is a KEEPER!
I can't wait to try on chicken.
Look for another order for myself and my lake place.

Nature Boy,[p]It was Good! Very Good. It had a bite but it lasted just a second or two and it gave no long lasting burn to my tounge or palate. It was not as much of a bite as I had feared it would be. I will certainly order some of that from you when it's available. I am a little nervous about the Jamacian Firewalk.[p]Tim

Nature Boy,[p]Naaaw, I like hot stuff so if I am not sweating bullets then it's probably just right for most folks. Jan says I have killed every taste bud in my mouth so it takes a lot to heat me up. I think it will be fine as is. Thanks again for the sample. Let me know when its available.[p]Tim
