I have made plenty of fatties in my day, but I was wondering of there is a site that one of the pros here has that walks foks thru the process of making a fatty (as simple as it is) that I could shoot to a buddy of mine? I just didn't want to write it out if it is out there on the internet somewhere.

Here you go:
Buy your favorite 1# bulk sausage
Unwrap it
Put it on your BGE stabilized at 325 indirect with drip pan
Cook until internal is 180 in the sausage
Slice when cooled and serve as breakfast food, snack, entree, etc
options are endless
such as:
stuff, coat with rubs, coat with maple syrup, coat with mustard
