Recipe for leg of lamb
I've already read Mike Poole's recipe for leg of lamb, but was wondering if anyone else had some ideas. For instance, people still talk about my Thankgiving turkey, using the brine recipe found from you guys. It was the BEST!!!![p]I bought the large version. Any thoughts on using a brine for a whole leg, will it fit on a v-rack, should a pizza stone be used? HELP!!! I want my relatives to say they had the best Easter ever at my house. Thanks in advance.

Don, we lost our long time Lamb expert - JJ - recently so I can only point you to an additional recipe in teh submitted recipes. JJ's lag of lamb that he did at last year's Eggtoberfest was wonderful. Unfortunately, I never saw a posting by him that indicated how he did it. It was moist and served with a little mint jelly, it was delicious. Maybe someone else was smart enough to ask JJ for the procedure. Unfortunately, I did not.
