I am going to smoke a couple of turkey breast today. Any suggestions for a rub/marinade and cooking temp?

    Mark,
I've enjoyed Turkey breast with Montreal Steak Seasoning for the rub. I cook them just like I would in the oven. 325 to 350 degrees until 160 internal temp in the breast. I like smoke, so I add pecan or hickory or apple chunks. Others are satisfied with what smoke they get from the lump charcoal. [p]By the way, I did do an experiment the last time I smoked turkey breasts for my daughter's college group. I did one with Montreal Steak Seasoning and the other with Dizzy Pig's Tsunami Spin. I was going to judge which was best by how fast they went. Well, by the time I got back to the buffet line to check, they were both gone, so I guess they were both good! :-)[p]TNW
