Last night had ribeyes with portobella mushrooms. Altered it a bit by topping with a Mediterranean Feta cheese w/dried olives, basil and sundried tomatoes. Yum! [p]On Sunday finally got around to grilling fresh pineapple sprinkled with chili powder. Topped it with a scoop of BlueBell vanilla ice cream and the crowd went wild.[p]Thanks to whoever posted these recipes. They are keepers.[p]LR
