Made a couple of beer can chickens last night. Used some Tecate mexican beer for one and orange juice for the other. Both are great. I don't know how chicken could be any better, but I haven't tried spatchcocked yet. My hats off again to Chris from Dizzy Pig. I coated both chickens with his tsunami spin. I still can't get over the freshness of his products. If you haven't bought some, Do It
See-Yaa P.S--Riding the Harley to Las Vegas Friday for a tune up. Anybody want to go?

Love Handles, If you like the can chicken, you'll love the spatchcock method.
Naked Whiz's website shows you hoe to prepare in case you are unfamiliar with the technique. I was skeptical at first until I tried it. I liked it so much that I save the can chicken stand for when the nephews come.
My only regret is that I didn't purchase a large BGE. Those spatchcocks take up a lot more room on the grid surface than the beer b*tt birds. Mac
