Cooking up a storm

Wow what a great few green egg days here at the Rocking N Ranch. (not sure anyone but me would call it a ranch but I sure love the sound of it. :silly: )Anyway started off saturday with some carwash mikes baby back ribs-"I can't imagine better ribs." While we was eating those put a whole packer brisket on the egg. "Followed thirdeyes recipe to the letter except for wood chips I used JD Whiskey Barrell...it was all I had." Unbelievable results!!! also made burnt ends, my sons favorite...by the way he says thanks thirdeye. Then while we ate those mixed up some Daddy Pats Firecracker Wings. Marinated over nite, we like them hot. Followed his recipe up too the cooking time. I adjusted this because at 25 min I basted with Smokey Mountian BBQ sauce flipped basted that side left for 5 min basted flipped and basted that side waited 5 min then pulled off egg. I swear I say this everytime I cook but this was my favorite thing I have ever done on the egg. 20 something wings later and I still keep running downstairs to get one more. I am trying to figure out my pics pc say it can not read memory card. :angry:
