I promised to report back from time to time. And I'm pleased to report that I'm down another 24 ounces as of today. I know, that's more than 3 ounces a day but I haven't suffered. I really haven't changed my eating or drinking habits that much, well except for cutting down on portions. Seems that dividing the plate in half, one half for eating now and one half for eating later is a good idea for both calorie intake and cash output. Two meals for the price of one with the side benefit of losing a few ounces.
I can live with that (pun intended).
