Luau suggestions?

Any suggestions for meats to cook on our large BGE for a backyard Luau?

    Well if it's a luau, then Pork. If I were you, i'd do a polenesian garlic pork butt and serve garlic pulled pork sandwiches.

    Yes.  I own a blue egg!  Call Atlanta if you don't believe me!

  • greeneggonmyface, And with that pork I would do some shrimp on a skewer. I peel my shrimp and marinate in 8 oz. Zesty Italian dressing, 8 oz. tomato sauce, 2 T brown sugar, 1 T mustard, and a 1/4 cup pineapple juice for at least a couple of hours. Then place on skewers with some pineapple chunks and maybe some bell pepper pieces. I get alot of ataboys on this one. I don't think you will have any eggonyourface from this one.
