Weber Wireless Probe?..any thoughts

I just received a late Christmas present. Was wondering if anyone has a Weber probe with wireless remote. Do I even bother with it, or is legit. I have the king thermapen, but I would like something for the long butt cooks.

Mine worked great for a year until I left it out in the rain like a moron.

Its the only one I use. I've had it four years and it works great.

When you say "wireless" I am not sure what you mean. I have a Weber that is wired from the probe to the base unit. It is then wireless to the readout which works at quite a distance and through walls. I have only had it since July, but so far so good. Having said that, my first one didn't work out of the box. My BGE deal just gave me a different one. I can't say this enough - ChimChimney's in League City rocks!
