I have a couple of pounds of link style chorizo (4 per pound) and not sure what to do with it. Prepping for the Ravens-Titans game tomorrow. Any ideas? Thanks. FG

Chicken, chorizo and sauteed onion quesadillas.
Make a pot of chili with a bit of chorizo in it. -
How about some chorizo stuffed fatties. I've never done it but was thinking about trying it.

FamilyGuy,
You could stuff some bannana peppers.

It would be great in ABT's or even a breakfast quiche.

this is pretty good, you need to make sure its cooked or braise it before makeing the kabobs so the shrimp doesnt overcook. chourizzo is great in stuffed clams as well but i usually just buy those and then egg them

Hey Steve, do you get ever get any work done. Looking at all your pics you must just sit and dream about things to cook all day long. All joking aside you come with some amazing creations. I envy people that can cook without recipes. That's a real god given talent.

sometimes KISS (Keep It Super Simple) is better... chorizo and eggs with sauteed chalots, and piquin peppers made into tacos or a sandwhich with refried (pork fat) beans and jalapeño sauce (burnt jalapeños in the blender along with seeds and veins, some olive oil and sea salt)

sorry, this was for FamilyGuy

That first picture and recipe should be submitted to the American Heart Associations cookbook. That's just insane. Have you checked your cholesterol levels lately?
