Pork tenderloins & chicken breasts

<p />Had a pork tenderloin and chicken breasts tonight. Cooked both at 350 for about 20 minutes. Both set in extra virgin olive oil for 30 minutes then had Dizzy Pig rubbed on both. Wife said, don't know what you are doing but don't quit.

    Now that looks like a good start! Simple but effective![p]I'm still cooking the shoulders. We're up to an internal of 177, and I have Mr. Egg bumped up to just under 300. I just mopped a little concoction on the pair, and I think things are going to work...[p]Mike in MN
