Marinated Steak Tips - Cooking recommendations?

I am marinating sirloin steak tips in Jerk Sauce.

I normally put them on skewers and cook them on the gas grill.

I would like to try them on my egg.

Do you have any cooking recommendations?

I would do them just like you would a steak just not as long. Why would you cook them on a gas grill any way if you have an egg, you might as well microwave them Good Luck

I have not made these since I got my egg.

I was not sure they would cook the same as a steak since they are in small bite size pieces...

I would cook those on a raised grid@325/350 direct till internal temperature is where you want it.

im in the hotter camp, these were lamb but same idea. i think they were done around 500 degrees to med rare. befrore the egg i cooked steak tips in the broiler because i like some charring on them, its all about what your looking for.
