Tried spatchccocked chicken for first time tonight. EXCELLENT!
Best chicken I cooked to date. Wis that I had taken pics to share. Will do next because I plan to do this again and again!

I have to agree... I choose spatchcock chicken over vertical roasting because it works just as well :woohoo:
