These things are really good. I made the meatballs as a quasi meatloaf recipe. The combo flavors of the meat, bacon, DP Rub and BBQ sauce really work well together without overpowering each other. Thanks to RTD for bringing them to the forum.

I should have pulled them sooner, but I got distracted watching Utah own the Tide. Something I really didn’t expect to happen.

Served up with some leftover NY’s dinner. I did a smoked turkey leg in the black eyed peas that was fall apart tender. I’ll have to do that again.
