    What Egg and I said....I second the Aerobie Aeropress.

    I nuke the water for 2:00 and it's the perfect temperature. The press then takes just a few seconds. I'll sometimes whip up some hot milk for a latte, but the plain Americanos and espresso-style drinks this makes are excellent. It also travels easily; I'll toss it in my bag and know that I can have perfect coffee when I travel. All the advantages of a French press without the disadvantages.

    Ditto on the fresh grind.
