I wanted to see if anyone had a great chili recipe that incorporates leftover brisket. I love the chili that Red Hot & Blue (Memphis style BBQ chain) serves. It is a chunky type chili in which they use some brisket and possibly some pulled pork. Thanks in advance for your help.

Shouldn't be a problem. Cook'er up like you usually do just don't overcook the meat you use.

As far a "killer" or "great chili recipes" go, I doubt you could get any one here to agree what a great chili is. I have my "Manly Chili", Egret has his Cowlick Chili and the rest of the forum members have their version. Make you chili the way your family likes it and watch for the "Great Chili Throw Down" coming in March . . . maybe.

DR BBQ's Big Time Barbeque Cookbook has an entire chapter with leftover BBQ recipes including one for Game Day Smokey Chili made from leftover brisket. I think its the only BBQ cookbook I have that has alot of leftover recipes. Sorry but I won't post copywritten recipes
