The wife is after me to cook a duck. Any good thoughts/recipes?
Thanks!

  • Shelby,[p]Wild or farm raised? The big diffrence in fat content.[p]I prefer duck kabobs with peppers and onions wrapped in bacon (secured with toothpick), cooked for 8 to 10 minute over medium heat. Don't over cook.[p]Some people like to dip the duck kabobs in BBQ sauce or Thai sauces. Some even add cream cheese during the last minute over the grill.[p]
