hey guys, happy new year, Im cooking some steaks tonight, and want to cook a prime rib, for tommorow for lunch at work, its a small one only 3 bone, How can I cook it and re heat it tommorow in the oven at work, Can I cook it half way on the egg and put in fridge than re heat at work, what temp, should I pull off the egg Etc, any suggestions
