Sometime ago someone posted a recipe for stuffing bologna, but I have forgotten what it was stuffed with. Please advise and also how to smoke. Thanks a lot. Ray

    Babyray,[p]I have never stuffed bologna with anything other than sauce. Below is a link to my web page that expalins the process.[p]After coring, you could stuff that thing with about anything that tickled your fancy.[p]As far as smoking....impossible to overcook!
