Thanks to Wise One for describing a spatchcocked cicken for me and
to TNW site for cooking instructions. I cooked 2 tonight and they
were absolutely delicious. Wish I knew how I would have made pics
and included them.
Thanks to all of you for the info I have gotten from reading this
forum.

    it is hard to imagine chicken tasting better! it is our favorite now and this forum is full of fantastic people with fantastic egging ideas! they are the reason i bought my egg!
