Aother fabulous pork loin

Did another pork loin yesterday and it turned out great. Seasoned with coarse Dizzy Dust and marinated in Italian dressing over night. Three large chunks of apple wood and cooked indirect at 350° until 145° internal; baked beans on the small to go with the loin - ummmmmm good! Now I just need to get all my other cooks to be as consistently good as this one has become.
