Hello to all.
I have had an EGG about 3 months and this is my first post.
I have read the Forum religously and have learned and tried
many things with much success thanks to what if have read from
all of you.
My question is: What is a spatchcocked chicken?
Someone please enlighten me.

must tell you that we dont or didnt eat much chicken untill we spatchcocked one and now we cant get enough! it is fantastic!
