Made Buckboard bacon for gifts this year. I followed the directions on the box of dry cure. Well general reaction from friends and family were AAA+++ I was proclaimed a God a culinary genius I have orders for another 100 pound of the stuff, I've created a monster.



  • The guy in the sports store recognizes me now.(him) Yea Buckboard bacon is great, (me) yea if you ever had the Hi-Mountain seasonings in stock I would know! :laugh: Do you use butts or loins?
