Need a quick answer. i have 3 cornedbeef briskets on the BGE sinced 5:00PM. What temp would you cook them too? Thanks, Bajatom.

    Depends on when you want them done. I usually do mine at around 250-260 degrees until they are at an internal temp between 205-210. I always wrap mine in foil and put it in a small cooler for around 45 min, it should come out almost too tender and juicy. Instead of cutting, it just kinda moves apart.
