Beef Tenderloin Chain Recipe

I just removed the chain and some fat from a nice beef tenderloin. I feel like I ought to use the stuff for something but don't have many ideas. I saw on food network that Alton used the chain to make philly cheese steaks. Not sure I want to go that route. I also have the bones and some meat remaining from a 4 bone prime rib roast. Maybe a soup or stew? Any ideas out there?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Beef Kabob or Beef Stew. We are going for beef stew on Sunday!Joe - I'm a reformed gasser-holic aka 4Runner Columbia, SC Wonderful BGE Resource Site: http://www.nakedwhiz.com/ceramicfaq.htm and http://www.nibblemethis.com/ and http://playingwithfireandsmoke.blogspot.com/2006/02/recipes.html

I have the same chain and ends. I'm going with DobieDads Korean marinade. Normally this is a perfect thing for short ribs, but on tender whole muscle cuts like a chain it is unbelievable....
I have this in a .pdf file, I'll try to convert it so you can look it over.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery -
I've tried the Alton Brown chain of bull steak sandwiches and they weren't bad, but I definitely prefer just using thin sliced ribeye.
A few times, I carefully cut the chain of bull and divided it into fat and lean piles. Then I did a 80/20 mix (by weight), added a bit of Beefmaster rub & pepper, and ground it into hamburger patties. Those were damn tasty "scraps"!Knoxville, TN

I make a stir-fry with them.
