Another successful Christmas Turkey

I cooked the Christmas turkey, as, I have been doing for years on assorted equipment. The last few years on the best equipment - BGE. The turkey always got done quicker than planned. This year, I knew it would come out better because my dear wife had given me an early Chistmas present of a DigiQll.I had practiced using it for various cooks in the past week. I started the fire, set the gadget for 325. Used the spider with a pizza stone to make it indirect. Pan of water for more moisture. Stablized at 325. Put 20.60 lb turkey, stuffed, herbed, buttered etc, in egg. Basted every hour, still the damned thing was done in about 3 1/2 hours. The alarm went off at 160. The juices were running clear from breast and thigh. Thigh temp was 180 and breast 160. Thanks Max. Hoping for another couple hours of cook time. The turkey was excellent, the skin was not as brown. Stuck in a warm oven to hold. Guest weren't expected for a couple of hours. What did I do wrong?
