Ribs - something different?
Vogs
Posts: 41
I am cooking three slabs of baby backs today. I am going to do 2 of the slabs like I always do, basic KC style BBQ ribs. I would like to do the other slab somewhat different, maybe with an Asian twist. Does anybody have a rib recipe they suggest that is different from your traditional KC style ribs? [p]Thanks,
Vogs

Vogs,
You might take a gander at the link below. They end up being loaded with flavor, and the hoisin sauce in the seperate sauce recipe (http://BigGreenEgg.com/recipes/newRecipes/pork0134.htm) give them an incredible color. If you are looking for something different, this recipe just might fit the bill! Or you could simply use it as an inspiration, and modify as you see fit.[p]One idea anywho! Have a great weekend.
