We have a 9.25 lb. uncured, uncooked leg of pork. I guess that's a fancy word for a hind leg ham! Anyway, it was given to us, but we haven't used it. (Don't worry..it's still frozen!) We'd like to Green Egg it this week. Anybody out here have any recipes or even some basics (cooking time, temperature) for such an animal??? Many thanks in advance.
