beer or apple juice

I am getting ready to foil the ribs for a 3 2 1 methood
will beer be good to use or should I stick to somthing sweet like apple juice ? Thanks and merry xmaes to y'all.

Beer would be very good.....but use apple juice on the ribs and drink the very good beer

I use 2, plastic spray bottles...1 filled with olive oil & the other filled with apple juice.

I spritz all products once an hour during the cook.

You'll only need a cup of so of apple juice. I'd recommend a twelve pack of beer for the cook and any helpers.
