Marinated Lamb Loin Chops

I marinated these chops over night.
On the grill for 2-min. per side
Roasted for 4-min a side
They came out just right.

4 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp chopped garlic

Like all things off the Egg, they probably tasted twice as good as they look but those just tasted half as good as they look they would be fantastic. Nice cook Ross.

I sear with fire at 550* shut the vents when it gets below 450* I start roasting I hope that clears it up.

Just to clarify: did u sear with lid open or closed like steak in BGE recipe book? I'm drooling so much I can't quite grasp the difference, either! :silly:

Isear with the lid open when I roast I close the lid and vents,I hope this helps.
