Getting Egg Fever Again!

Following our 2-foot snow here in the N.E., I started reading the posts again and I got the fever! Have worked with my small BGE for a season, now, that was given to me. I believe a large is on the horizon! Have made some unbelieveable stuff on that. Ribs, briskets, steaks, chicken, wow! As for books, a post about Stephen Raichlin's "How to Grill" was right on! A MUST for serious grillers.
